This is a factory replacement head with a higher nickel content and pressed in valve seats to help withstand higher than stock pressure and help against seat wear and erosion. This process also helps aid in keeping the heat in the hardened seat not in the casting which leads to cracks do to heating and quenching of the combustion gasses.
